Bahan choco praline almond :
- 100 gram cokelat masak putih yang di lelehkan
- 200 gram cokelat masak hitam juga di lelehkan
Isi kue choco praline almond :
- 250 gram mentega
- 100 gram gula halus
- 100 gram cokelat masak putih di potong-potng dan di lelehkan
- 250 gram almond, panggang cincang kasar
Cara membuat choco praline almond :
- untuk isi : Kocok mentega, gula halus, cokelat masak putih hingga lembut. Masukkan almond, aduk rata
- Siapkan cetakan plaline, tuang sedikit cokelat masak putih di dasar cetakan, diamkan sebentar sampai mengeras
- Masukkan bahan isian di bagian tengahnya.Tuangkan coklat masak hitam.Hentakkan hingga rata
- Bersihkan permukaan cetakan dengan spatula, simpan dalam lemari es 15 menit hingga cokelat mengeras
- Keluarkan cokelat dari cetakannya lalu sajikan
